Our first Umrah experience with Ridah was outstanding, Alhamdulillah.
From the initial booking to our arrival in Makkah, the guidance was thorough and continuous. The hotel was superb. For our very first Umrah, Sayeed Bhai personally took us to the Holy Kaaba site and patiently explained … More the rites and procedures. May Allah bless him for his heartfelt efforts.
In Makkah, the organized Ziyaratein (sightseeing) was excellent, with detailed explanations about the significance of each site in Islam. The food in Makkah was also good, Alhamdulillah. The only thing we needed to focus on was utilizing our time for Ibadah 'worship' and rest; everything else, from accommodation and meals to laundry, was meticulously taken care of. A wonderful additional tour to Ta'if was also arranged, allowing us to see old mosques and sites related to the Prophet's Dawah days.
In Madinah, though the hotel rooms were a little small, the hotel's proximity was fantastic, so we could overlook the size and the food was good. Alhamdulillah. When we missed Badr while enroute to Madinah, an extra trip was thoughtfully arranged for us. Sayeed Bhai also guided us to the best shopping spots.
Overall, the entire experience was truly great, Alhamdulillah. I highly recommend Ridah's outstanding services, especially for first-time pilgrims. You will be able to focus freely on your Ibadah without any worries about food, lodging, or travel.
***My only suggestion for Ridah's team, would be to ensure the time spent in Madinah is either longer or at least equal to the number of days spent in Makkah.

The accommodation … More in Makkah at Le Meridien Makkah Towers is 5-star fabulous. Our stay is fantastic with good rooms, 24/7 house-keeping service to keep our room clean and tidy. Le Meridian offers great food. My kids enjoyed a lot with Variety of food and sweets in Le Meridian. As I am working professional, I was able to work on my projects with Hotel network without any issues.
Shuttle to Haram: The free shuttle can pick up any one from the hotel 24/7. This saved us so much time, and we could concentrate purely on worship without worrying about other things.
Sayeed bhai and Waseem bhai, can't thank them enough for their professionalism and courtesy. Their leadership was exceptional, with excellent organization all over the events that made everything flow smoothly. Sayeed was an outstanding guide; he explained historical sites and masjids in detail; hence, the ziyarats were spiritually uplifting. Every place was explained cautiously, and duas were done with devotion-Subhan Allah!
The hotel in Madina was very near Haram. The food was great, and the convenience of laundry service was useful. The overall experience in both cities was great, thanks to the meticulous planning and care of the travel agency, Ridah Travel.
I would strongly recommend Ridah Travel to anyone looking for a hassle-free Umrah or Hajj experience. The transportation, accommodation, and food services were all awesome. A special thanks to Waseem Sahab and Sayeed Bhai for making this pilgrimage unforgettable.
