Hello everyone, I recently completed my Umrah in Makkah, as part of the February 5th, 2025 Umrah group organized by Ridah Travels. I wanted to share my experience with them, hoping it will be helpful to others.
When I decided to perform Umrah, I searched on Google for the best travel agencies from Hyderabad, … More India. Several top-rated agencies appeared in the search results, including Ridah Travels. I visited their office to discuss my plans. Waseem Bhai received me and generously spent nearly an hour explaining the Umrah package. He provided a detailed day-by-day itinerary and outlined the hotel accommodations in both Makkah and Madinah.
After discussing with Waseem Bhai, I felt a very positive vibe and decided to go with them. Their process was well-defined, and they delivered on everything they promised.
From the start of the journey until the travel itself, Waseem Bhai kept us informed about every small detail. He diligently followed up on Nusuk app installation, booked our Riyaz ul Jannah appointments, and ensured everything was in order. He even provided helpful tips about the type of charger converters used in Saudi Arabia.
Upon reaching Jeddah airport, Syed Bhai welcomed us. He is one of the finest individuals I have met. Whenever we approached him with any concerns, he spoke respectfully and humbly.
We were accommodated at Le Meridien Towers in Makkah and Wardat Al Saadah Hotel in Madinah, both very near Masjid an-Nabawi, and the locations were excellent. We had the opportunity to perform Nafl prayers in Riyaz ul Jannah twice.

I recently completed a 15-day Umrah trip, spending 9 days in Makkah Pak and 6 days in Madina Sharif, during the blessed occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi, and I must say it was an experience beyond expectations! From start to finish, the entire journey … More was impeccably organized, leaving me with deep spiritual fulfillment and memories to cherish. I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the impeccable service and the heartfelt care I received throughout this journey—it was a Safar of a lifetime, beyond anything I could have imagined.From the very first step in Makkah Pak, the hospitality extended by the team made me feel like I was part of something sacred and beautifully organized.
The hotel was nothing short of incredible—luxurious, serene, and conveniently located just a stone's throw from the Haram, which allowed me to focus entirely on my spiritual duties without any worries. Every detail had been thought of with such care, and I was able to fully immerse myself in my ibadah without distraction.
The food provided was not just sustenance; it was a reminder of the gracious hospitality and care that went into every aspect of the service. Each meal was an absolute delight—fresh, flavorful, and nourishing for the body and soul. After long days of worship, returning to a feast of such high quality was truly a blessing, and I can't express how comforting it was to know that everything had been arranged so thoughtfully.
But, what moved me the most was the 24/7 service and the constant presence of a team specially (Shaikh Sayeed Saab) that felt more like family. No request was too small, no time of day too inconvenient. Whether it was assistance at the hotel, transportation, or simply a comforting word, the staff was always there with a warm smile and genuine concern. Their dedication to ensuring my comfort and spiritual focus was beyond anything I could have hoped for. I felt so deeply cared for and supported every step of the way.
When we transitioned to Madina, the city of the Beloved of Allah ﷺ, the same level of excellence followed. The atmosphere was filled with peace, and the proximity of the hotel to Masjid an-Nabawi allowed for endless opportunities to connect with the serene and spiritual environment. Every moment in Madina Sharif was precious, and it was enhanced by the seamless service and thoughtful arrangements.I am truly humbled and deeply grateful for this experience. To the entire team that made this journey so smooth, fulfilling, and memorable—thank you from the bottom of my heart.
