The accommodations provided in both Mecca and Medina were nothing short of exemplary, meeting high standards of quality and comfort. The meals offered were not only delicious but also catered to diverse palates, offering a wide array of options that surpassed expectations. While my parents missed home-cooked meals, the variety and quality of the food provided more than made up for it.
Two particular concerns weighed heavily on my mind prior to my parents' journey: transportation from the Mecca hotel to the clock tower, and the comprehensiveness of the Ziyarath experience. Ridha Travels addressed these concerns with utmost professionalism and efficiency. The shuttle service from the hotel to the clock tower was accessible, with minimal stairs and frequent intervals, ensuring convenience for my mother who faced mobility challenges. Moreover, the Ziyarath itinerary was meticulously planned and executed, encompassing all significant sites without compromise.

Makkah: They provided a stay at the five-star Hotel LeMeridian Makkah Tower. The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious. The food was entirely hygienic, and the buffet was sumptuous and diet-based.
I was a little skeptical about the shuttle service from the hotel, but buses were running 24/7. I … More was able to make it to Namaaz with Jamaat even after hearing Azaan. After getting down from the bus, it was hardly a 300-meter walk to Masjid Ul Haram. I found this route to be the best when compared to other routes.
Madina: They provided accommodation at the 3-star hotel "Marjan Golden." This hotel was also clean, and from my window, I could see Madina Masjid.
Furthermore, I would like to add that I am deeply grateful for the extraordinary effort made by Ridah Travels @Abdul Hakeem @Waseem Bhai to facilitate our visit to Jang e Badr Ziyarat, a possibility we had almost missed during our return from Makkah. Despite the challenge of incorporating this visit into an already tight schedule, Ridah Travel honored their commitment to ensuring we could complete our desired ziyarats. The visit, which was beyond their initial itinerary for us, stands as a testament to their dedication and service ethos.
